This was composed for several months, but it took forever to actually get to play properly. I had to wait for a day where I felt...good enough to go fast. You know those days where chuck norris has nothing on you.

I warmed up for a couple hours during the night and headed to the studio in the morning. Went from playing the song at 120bpm(warm up) to 170bpm (recording).

Alot of inspiration from Chopin's Etudes.

u are truely unbeleivable on that piano, and i mean that. its really difficult to believe this is contemporary, i dont know much about piano music, but its nice to know people are still making good tunes on them

I have a big 1800s influence...and a big hate for contemporary classic.

But seriously, playing that song was a real pain. It reminded me of my 8th year in piano. Learning to play scales and broken scales at that pace with 2 hands at a time :'( It took 19 tries in the studio to get a version without a bad note...+ 3 months of practice at home. lol
