I have in my room a Yamaha PSR-E403.
Probably the best for less imo, entry level pitch wheel with a bunch of sounds.

Also come with a CD to custom your samples on your computer.

Might be a little bit higher than your actual budget, but worth it (especially if you buy it used).

I did not know you played guitar lol ^_^

You may need another $50 into your budget for a Yamaha. I do recommend them though, they sell well through my work and all my piano/keyboard peeps generally swear by Yamaha unless they have $800+++ to spend.

im actually buying a new classical guitar tomorrow! that's why i'm being kinda stingy on the potential keyboard. i'll definitely check out some yamaha keyboards while im at the music store

Hey! in what use this keyboard come's ? if u do more than just play home etc i would no suggest casio.
casio has awful sounds and not good recording quality but good in home use if u prefer only keys to play :D
decent yamaha has more better sounds than casio.

but i would suggest a workstation w/o speaker's if u do songs/recordings/band's etc.

KORG
Nord
(roland)

is quite good and u dont need to afford much if u buy it alrdy used.

i can pm u videos from my KORG triton classic & KORG N364 if u wanna hear best sounds ever b)

edit:

150$ i would go for yamaha for sure. dont even think about casio if you can afford that much
