I was practicing today on my acoustic/electric today, and whenever i strummed any F or F# on my lowest three strings, there was like a fuzzy buzzing noise. What's going on?

changed strings, checked truss rod and tuning nuts, preamp and 1/4 output jack. no dice.

maybe you're not fretting hard enough...

Truss rod.
Ask a shop guy to check it for you if you don't know how to do it (neck problem if not).

nahh it wasn't the truss rod, i adjusted it myself. and this was sympathetic buzz (only buzzes on certain note frequencies). i literally checked everywhere, almost took my guitar apart but after like 5 hours and 3 sets of d'addarios i found out it was the batteries for the on-board tuner :facepalm:
