Well basically ive been hunting for a new mp3 and headphones BUT i dont understand all the "Tech Specs"

Like what id like is a basic understanding on what i should look for when shopping and what the specs mean

For example (not sure if this is even an important spec) but Frequency Range: 20Hz -20,000Hz, Would this be some good ranges? like whats better a high ranger or a low one etc? like is this even something i should consider looking at... basically im like a lost puppy when reading these stats and kinda want to gain more knowledge on how to "decipher" what mp3//headphones would be best for me.

ALSO plz dont go finding me random mp3's//headphones without explaining like WHY they are good.. not just saying good base but why how can u tell from tech specs ^^

Well just a point of view; If you dont know what the specs mean, mby it doesn't really matter what headphones you'll be buying. Your ear propably wont recongize any differences.
Not trying to mock here. Just a differend point of view.
