I would do this, but it would involve about 30 stairs I don't want to climb.

/learn from my mistake; if at all possible, place your band room on the first floor.

edit: cool kit, nice picture too.

I agree it's worth it. I had to carry my guitars down 3 sets of steps, and do 4 trips to get all of them but the pic is badass :D

I give to you my latest addition to the collection - an all original parts 1963 Fender Mustang USA Made - Sally.

http://img705.imageshack.us/img705/2862/sallyw.jpg

She came through work about 5 months ago, after sitting in a garage for 15~ years, dust ridden, strings rusted, paint on the fretboard and dents to the body. I paid £81 for this guitar, and have had it priced at £1100++, and in the next 10 years it's value is going to leap up as it will then be a 50 year (half century) old original parts USA Mustang, music history!

There was a problem though, the electronics didn't work and I couldn't get any sound of out it, turned out one of the switches had gone and needed replacing, with a white one instead of a black one. Other than that - all original baby ;)

And here are all my babies together <3

Left to right -

Emilie, Sally, Charlie, Hollie and Ibby (gf picked the name, it's techincally hers!)

Single pics

Id have to run extension cords! My acoustic kit is at my parents and I play with my electric here where I live.
