any good bass beginner sites? most of the stuff i googled gave me like how to play/hold/notes stuff studybass was very helpful

i know most of the terminology and can read treble and bass. i'd prefer notes over tabs because it would be more beneficial to my reading and creating of songs.

what i'm mainly looking for is a site with tons and tons of bass lines that i can practice. using bassmaster is confusing or not helpful since some of the contributors are either off beat and they only have fret numbers not notes.

otherwise currently i'm reading piano tabs i have from my piano playing career....but they're all like Bach and Clementi Beethoven...

ALthough has guitar in the name, it does cover bass guitar too.

This, but as you prefer notes writting over tabs, forget using the internet and go buy books.
Some of them are cheap (depend how much songs/tips they have). Really worth it imo.
Also, if you can take bass lesson (especially when you start, for arpegio, and etc.) i would suggest you ask your teacher where to buy good books.
Even him can provide you some stuff for free, if you ask him nicely.

That makes sense considering there is electric GUITAR and bass GUITAR.
