not personally my taste, but it isn't bad.
critiques:

i'd try lowering the tone, cranking the distortion, upping the level a bit, and maybe even add an overdrive in for either a clean boost, or even to add a bit of gain-y presence into the sound.
>i'd re-mix the song and change the perspective and bring certain things out more. it feels like everything is kind of, "inside," itself, as opposed to anything really standing out. vocals are never unheard, but it doesn't feel like they ever really, "rise," out of the mix. guitar never sticks out (especially not enough on the solo) enough in certain places. dynamic contrast in different parts at different times could really notably change this song for the better.
