hey i'm just a beginner bassist but i've heard i should get a good amp and just basic bass. any suggestions which amp i should get? budget up to $200

Are you playing alone or do you plan to play in a band?

Do you need amp only or do you need the cabinet also? If you dont have either then i recommend getting a combo (because your budget is small). Ive been using gallien krueger backline-600 with marshall mbc410 and ive been happy. Almost immediately jack imput broke from the cabinet but ive got no problems with the amp.
