I decided to buy myself a active (floor) monitor to hear my singing better when we play.. We already have some crappy PA's but those aren't enough :/

My budget atm is something like 200-300€. Most likely I'll be buying it from Thomann.de or dv247.com (alot cheaper prices than here in Finland).

It's main job would be just the vocals, nothing else. Sure it's a plus if I can use it for something else later if/when needed...

I don't want to touch these "The-box" thingies... I've heard good things about behringer (price/quality) but never used them myself...

Here's few I've been looking at

LD SYSTEMS MON 101A (never heard of this LD before :( )
http://www.thomann.de/fi/ld_systems_mon_101a.htm

BEHRINGER F 1220A EUROLIVE (cheap one but does it have enough power??)
http://www.thomann.de/fi/behringer_f_1220a_eurolive.htm

SOLTON MF 200A (same as LD, never heard before  )
http://www.thomann.de/fi/solton_mf_200a.htm

BEHRINGER B312D
http://www.thomann.de/fi/behringer_b312d.htm

Ofcourse db or hk audio or altto would be great but those are pretty expensive for my needs (and budget) :(

Any experiences on these? Here's the "active monitors" page @ thomann: http://www.thomann.de/fi/cat.html?gf=aktiivimonitorit&oa=pra

Here's the same @ dv247: http://www.dv247.com/search/3067/0/ProductPrice/Ascending/-/1/
Any experiences on these Studiomasters?

Doesn't seem bad...

Studiomaster GX12MA Active 12" PA Wedge Monitor

Studiomaster PAX12+ Powered 12" Active Wedge Monitor
http://www.dv247.com/pa-systems-and-live-sound/studiomaster-pax12plus--powered-12-active-wedge-monitor--75425

As you might see I'm a bit lost here.. I'm one of the few in our town who sing melodic vocals (in metal) so most people don't really have experiences with these.. I'll continue asking.
Thanks all for reading and helping :)

My Experience with Behringer is that it sounds poor and is unreliable, (breaks!) Since alot of their electronics are cheap, they also tend to distort which is terrible if you're using it for a monitor. You need clean efficient power.

How about a used QSC K8? Might be a little more than you want to spend but instead of buying a 200-300E piece of shit, why not buy a 400E piece of gold?
