so i havent been playing much but after watching a few videos, i have become inspired to play electric guitar again.

I however never had a nice regimented practice schedule
i.e
30 min scales
30 min rifts
30 min songs
30 min cooldown

or something along those lines.

i was wondering if any of you folks could direct me to some nice scales/rifts and what not to pratice to improve my skills.

im open to anything from rhythm, shredding or whatever

instead of spending 30 per thing try and do 15/20 and add a few more things like this

15 scales/modes
15 odd rhythms
15 finger excersizes
15 songs
15 chords/arpegios
10 hand shifting
10 frame work
15 soloing over chord progressions

always practice everything with a metronome

Ultimate Guitar has some brilliant lessons there. Go to the homepage, look at the top where it says Lessons. Click it, and search for practise regime.
