I've become particularly fond of the A string.

Lets hope and pray it never goes out of tune

I like fingering A minor till I break the G string.

As far as a serious answer goes, I really like Ernie Ball 9guage electric strings. Light as a feather, known as the "pussy" strings because they are so light and easy to bend.

I am getting 11's put on my repaired Mustang, for a bit more beef to the sound, and I use Zakk Wylde .60s on my gf's Ibanez as they are perfect for dropping to C and keeping in tune. My only issue is they are fucking hard to bend, and chords are slightly difficult as the action is quite high (without buzzing)
