You have to have a completely BARMY knowledge. You could just pick off some obscure band, and get whoever you point at instantly.

yeah i'm tired of the "so and so pwns so and so" bs you always hear. Whenever it comes up I ask "who's better: Andres Segovia or Dimebag Darrell?" They are both masters but of two totally different styles of guitar so you cannot compare them. I just use it to try to show how comparing two guitarists are like saying vanilla is better than chocolate. its all about personal preference.
