It's actually F7. It's a barre chord.

What he's playing is the 5th fret A string as part of the chord change, a fill if you will.

He then moves down to this

--2----------------
----3--------------
--2----------------
----4--------------
--2----------------

I see it in blues alot. It's a nice chord!

Are we looking at the same video here guys? It's just a b minor chord. He's playing in D for the first minute (not exclusively major but he brings it back around the minute mark) so he's just going to the relative minor.
Then there's a G major and C major.

B Minor
--2------
--3------
--4------
--4------
--2------
----------

G Major (maj7)
-----------
--7-------
--7-------
--x-------
--5-------
--3--------

C Major
--3-------
--5-------
--5-------
--5-------
--3-------
-----------
Those are the basic shapes he uses for the chords at the end.
