So I've created much Techno, house/hardstyle over the years, but never actually played any of my music live.
I was offered a DJ job at a rave with some pretty intense DJ's,
I'm going to jump in with both feet,
but how should I prepare?

Practice on some kind of cdj or whatever you use. You should tryout some effects. It is also very good to practice some crossfades.
Make sure you never stop the music. Before the song is done simply fade into the next song.

Remember to have some breaks, gimmics and hooks. If you don't know what this is, then google it.

If you are singing on your techno beats you should also practise that.

Before you go to the stage tryout your playlist at home or to a party or something

You could just make a set list and practice, like Utunity said. Not sure exactly what you're asking, to be honest.

What I would do is get in contact with DJ's, like the ones you're going to be playing with, and pick their brains. I've promoted/co-hosted shows and my cousin is a DJ/promoter, if you have any specific questions.

I'm more off asking,
Equipment, To Software, Etc.

I have music,

What's expected of a techno DJ Live, aside from spinning knobs and moving around?.

What to do with the music I've created?

I'm a multi instrument musician (7 instruments, lots of stage time as a vocalist and a drummer in the past)

Never been on stage with the electronic,

but I work in the party scene,

and the DJ's I pay out sometimes, sure do get a lot of money to spin some knobs ;/
