i have a 15 year old epiphone sg and the pickups are kinda rusty and they're the origional on the guitar if i replace the pickups will it sound better?

try cleaning the rust off. Also, just think of how you want your guitar to sound. Find pickups you need to get that sound. Most pickup manufacturers' websites have soundclips of what their pickups sound like.

omfg i replaced the pickups in my strat last summer and stumbled across bareknuckles while researching botique pickups. EASILY the sweetest I found but couldn't buy because of $$$. If you can afford them, GET THEM. Hell, get two sets and send me one.
