i think im going to take some guitar lesson with private teacher,

and i want to know what is the cheapest best acoustic guitar.

can you help me with that?

i'd say buy a used one. try takamine/ovation/brands like those. whats your price range?
also buying a baby guitar of a higher end brand is usually about the same price as a new regular guitar and is a lot better for beginners. (smaller frets, etc).
