Does anyone use this? Got tons of questions and could really use some guidance from someone who's experienced with this program.

/e: Been watching a bunch of videos on youtube but its hard to find one that focuses on the questions i need answered. I'm 100% new to all of this, but I really want to get into it. All the videos I've watched already expect you to know what the terms already mean, but i have no clue. Thinking of taking college courses etc if I like how things turn out.

Does anyone know of a free music making program thats easy to use and free to d/l?

for guitar players free is powertab.. but u can create both with guitar tabs or w/o and add other instruments so its most common with guitar players but can be used with other..
i personally use guitar pro 5 but its not free..
