Did anyone bother to read his post on his site? He bounced back and forth between multiple bands. He made his choices. And if he started DT, then he should have the right to do what makes him happy. And him leaving the band is better than having him die.

For the record, while I find Portnoy's leaving DT to be pretty shitty, my disdain for A7X is entirely unrelated. They're just bad.

And thats acceptable. Its just I cant seem to figure out why all the bullshit is going on with everyone saying that they suck because the "stole" Portnoy. Its just some gay excuse. But hey, if you dont like the band based on their music alone, im not gonna say a thing lol.

Eh those people aren't very bright. From the information available it seems the rest of DT is more to blame in Mike's departure than anyone else. He proposed just a break.
