Thinking about getting the first one there...but I'm not sure. I like the Ibanez S models too much, but that guitar is so pretty.

Caparison are badass machines, but they are incredibly costly and you could buy a fairly customised ESP for the same price.

It'd be my dream guitar to have a customized Ibanez S guitar...but I don't see that happening, because I don't know how I'd get one.

Because of that, I'm thinking about just branching off.

Are the Caprisons heavy? Weight-wise.

Not as heavy as a Les Paul if thats a comparison for caparison xD

Only heard good thing about these guitars, but they are in fact expensive.

In my opinion, they have the same weight as normal strato-type bodies, and the wood is mahogany so it shouldn't be so heavy.

I think it needs more frets.

I spoke to Peter Joseph from the band the absence. He was endorsed by caparison for a while and he switched to suhr guitars. He said that while their guitars were incredibly awesome, they were really inconsistent. When ordering he would always get 2 of the same. One would always play better than the other. They would also take forever to finish a job.
