bands with sludgy breakdowns, similar to emmure, acacia strain, etc. im not here for your opinion on these bands, just need some bands similar

Whitechapel. Anything by them is an instant win, in my opinion.

I would recommend Suicide Silence. If you don't mind vocals.

Born of Osiris, I don't much listen to them but it seems to be up your alley.

carnifex is sick, saw them at summer slaughter a couple months ago.. whitechapel about to see for the second time in a month, they're great too. oh and faceless sucks live

anyway im looking for bands very similar to the bands i listed. very slow sluggish, muddy breakdowns.

A Day To Remember. I don't know if you know of them. The first impression of them is whiney-emo-indie-shite but if you listen to the latest album Homesick, it has some fucking AWESOME breakdowns in.

On top of that, I absolutely recommend seeing them live. Not only are they DAMN good (vocalist struggles to keep up with himself, but w/e) but the crowd is full of jailbait which is always nice xD
