Superchums Fav's:

Vox AC15 w/ Blue Pup speaker. Unfortunately discontinued but you can change the stock speaker that comes in the current models.
Vox Night train: My favorite vox amp but not as practical since it's just the head.
Fender 65' Deluxe Reissue. 22Watts but smokin' sound for a low wattage amp. Also, quieter than the Vox AC15 running at 15watts
THD Univalve: Another loud 15watter but gobs of tone and hand made in USA. Like the night train, needs a Cab.

Noteable mentions:
Blackstar 20 Fairly Versitile, better rectified saturation than the Vox and Fenders.
Vintage Elk Amps. There's a few of these online for about $150-$200. These things sound great and can be modded for less than a new amp. Point to point hand wired in Japan.

The 65' Reissue are probably my recommendation for practicality and reliability.

Orange Tiny Terror is freaking amazing, I am actually going to buy one soon, they have awesome tone. Another amazing one is the Egnater Rebel or tweaker.

Careful with this IMO. A one trick pony but it's trick is nice.

There are lots of 20 watt amps which produce different sounds... orange's tiny terror and dual terror, blackheart's handsome devil, fender's blues junior, pro junior, and princeton reissue, vox ac15, jet city jca15h/c

If you want cleans I'd look at the fenders, for vintage drive i'd consider the blues junior for some things, the ac15 for others, for higher gain stuff the oranges are nice..the jet city is nice but you need to crank it up. otherwise it sounds bad. the handsome devil is probably my favorite amp listed. it's pretty versatile with a pentode/triode switch (might just be a half power switch i dunno for certain)

and if you're loaded, I think Hiwatt makes low wattage amps...I mention that because you seem to like David Gilmour. Hiwatts are expensive as shit though.
