tried reading this tab, all strums are 4 but here is it like 2 strums for "To win some or learn some"

What's the problem?

You strum a C when he says "Win" and a D when he says "Learn"

oh ok
the thing said its 4 strums so i was wondering how can you fit 8 strums in that small line
it fits when i do 2
