I have a low action Acoustic guitar
Ive only been playing guitar for like 3 days
My strumming seems to be very hard to do
I have a dunlop .60 pick and i cant seem to strum it without making it either sound kinda errey or not hit all the strings

any tips or practices to help my strumming?

Well, as with everything, practice makes perfect.
http://www.guitarland.com/Strumming/Strum1.html <- that site's pretty good for learning, it has exercises for you to practice. I have a sheet of paper somewhere which has really useful exercises on it, I'll try and find it then edit it into my post.
Good luck and NEVER GIVE UP! :)

If you only have a guitar since 3 days, that will sound dumb, but be sure you're playing on your "good side".
Some students i've seen were better with a lefty, even if they thought they were right handed on guitar.

Strumming seems hard at the beginning, but you'll get good fast if you practice simple arpegio, then just double the bpm, etc.
Use a metronome.
