im a newbie. i just picked up a brand new gsr200 a used amp and all the accesories(strap, stand,bag, headphones, 2 year warranty on guitar, 1 year warranty on amp) for 320 after tax.

Don't know much about bass's but that sure looks nice, I think you did well considering the warranties you got.

its alright for begining, get a Fender Bass when your ready.

I am biased but I almost always recommend getting a solid Fender MIM bass, either jazz or p-bass depending on what you are wanting to play. They are just built so well, and are worth upgrading as well. Its a bass that really holds its value. Plus you can normally pick them up around for around $250 used on craigslist pretty regularly.

Not too shabby for all the bits you need tbf.

Best to start out with something relatively cheap rather than buying something expensive and finding out you dont like it or have the passion for it haha
