Ok. Go to Guitar Center and try out guitars in that price range. You have a pretty clear idea of what you want, now you need to find one you think sounds good.

Fender Makes decent guitars for decent prices.
i baught one steel string acoustic fender vs 250 USD and it was great as a begginner guitar.

Try it before you buy it!

Just try out some guitars until you find one that sounds good. I would recommend looking at the Ibanez Acoustic-Electrics in that price range, as they sound good and have the tuner that you want.

yamaha makes great shitty guitars. seriously no offense, that will last you 5-10 years, good score.
