Hi everyone,
A family member of mine recently started a company as a party planner and asked if I would be willing to play for wedding receptions, parties, etc. for some side money while going to school, and I gladly took the offer. Problem is, I know that these events require a set list of at least an hour to an hour and half of various types of music. I've played classical music for well over 12 years now, but I don't want to just play a series of classical compositions. Does anyone have any suggestions for pieces I should learn? I want a few really beautiful pieces, some fun tunes (possibly piano arrangements of pop music), and some other interesting stuff.
