can ne1 vouch this site or recommend another?

also can anyone give me an estimate of how long it would take before i get good enough to play actual songs? practicing maybe 10 hours a week

Pick up Carmine Appice's Ultimate Realistic Rock book. Put 10 hours a week into that and you'll be playing shows in two months.

is it something they would sell at like a local book/music store or would i have to get it online?
