I just got a new guitar and I'm trying to tune to Drop C, but on the 6th string when I turn the tuning key it just like loosens the part of the string on the head but nowhere else.. Now when I try to tighten it, nothing happens really. What do I do?


Never mind if I turn it long enough then I can get a higher note but I can't get it lower than E because it just makes the string part on the head really loose and nowhere else
