it's how they fit into the song and how the song sounds that's important, especially in hard rock.

in softer genres the lyrics can mean more but it's not vital in heavier areas.

Why are you afraid of anything that has to do with drugs or the subconcious?

Being a metal artist, you wouldn't find much of this in today's standard hard rock, but however, these would actually sound pretty sweet in a metalcore song, or something of the like. 1 kudos

Meh, saying they're bad without any depth about "why" they're, it's almost as bad lol

I mean, Metallica weren't the greatest lyricists ever, very simple 5-7 words sentences, but their music was incredible.
