Voted rip

Anyway, whatever he possibly did in his personal life, we can't judge it and it ain't this side we're adoring
I'm not doing his apology, we just can't mix personal & profesional life.

You're fan of an artist, not a man.

If the greatest court system in the world (yes, in my opinion it is) proved him innocent, I really am not going to waste time talking sh*t about him. He got off the charges so imo you can be a loser and talk sh*t, or just not worry about it. Depending on your belief system, whatever he done in his life is being judged right now and he is getting what he deserves. Which is why I voted for the first option. Also, I do like his music.

well as you can see 3 rip no plowing of the motherfucker :S so i did not vote, i ain't talking shit about him i'm just wondering what people think and the jon lajoie video is just silly :P

so don't get the wrong idea, i do believe though that the system is failed, a french quebecois actor from montreal was arrested and was banished on every network for being tracked down and arrested with child pornography on his computer. his name is Jean-Francois Harrison if you even care to search, thing is he was banned on every network before he was even trialed, i did not see MJ's cd being banned from the stores between the time he got busted, i'm just saying if MJ would've been poorer and more unpopular (like Jean-Francois Harrison) he would have possibly be found guilty (i'm not saying he is might have all been planted evidence a hoax).

but you got to admit that alot of people have been hypocrite on the issue ever since Michael Passed away.

I didn't even watch the video, but just posting my stance on the MJ debate : ) I wasn't trying to imply you were a loser who was talking sh*t, as I really didn't get the impression you were bad-talking him really : )
I'm a great proponent of innocent until proven guilty, and protecting rights until one is proven guilty in trial. So any court system that pulls someone from every network before he has even had his trial is failed, in my opinion. Having done some quick research on the subject (Jean-Francois) however, and I discovered that it was actually a choice of the respective networks to remove all air emissions of Harrison. It was not a government decision to pull him, and no rights were denied by the government. It was a network choice, and I believe that they have the right to decide what content is shown on their station, despite the fact that Harrison has not received a trial yet. Destroyed public image (even for those who are innocent)... an unfortunate side-effect of western court systems. Though it is perhaps unavoidable in our society. I do not believe that had Jackson been less popular, he would have been found guilty under the US court system. The evidence simply wasn't enough to satisfy the question of him being guilty "without a reasonable doubt".
