Waffles.fm and What.cd.

Both are private music torrent trackers. You can only join if someone gives you an invite (very unlikely). Invites are HIGHLY sought after.

I doubt they'd want to promote piracy. Generally, trading fg for albums or download links isn't allowed.
In the music forum, whenever a thread like this gets started they seem to close it pretty quick.
