ok, so about the solo , i finally mastered it and can play it good now.

but the sound is so very different than in the actual song,

why is that? is it because he uses his whammy bar ?
or because they have more technical stuff?

it depends on what you mean by sounds different. are you playing the same notes at the same times as the song, but the tone is different?
are you playing the notes from a tab but it doesn't sound like the solo in the song? chances are, you are not playing the notes at the right time for the solo in this case.

could it also be he uses some sort of pedal?

could be settings/pedals, could be basically anything. There are a lot of variables when it comes to guitar tone. It could even be the guitarist himself. A HUGE part of how you sound depends on your individual tone. How you strike the strings: light/hard. How smooth your play notes, what size pick do you use, what gauge strings do you use, what side of the pick do you hit the strings with, where is your picking hand positioned (moving your picking hand from left to right will change the tone), how hard you fret the strings, how close to the fret do you fret at, etc etc. The guitar affects the sound as well... the types of pickups, how close the pickups are to the strings, etc, etc. As you can see the list of variables is very long, but chances are your main problem is in the amp settings/pedals.

Amp settings do not make all amps sound the same...

does he uses a pedal for the solo or something like that?

Maybe a big muff pi type Fuzz pedal? I think he uses a slide too
