Got a picture? I beleive i used to have a Hondo. The top was very damaged so i was never sure if it was honda or hondo. But seeing as Honda is not a guitar brand, i am thinking it is Hondo. In any case i had a semi-hollow and it was awesome.

I used to have a hondo like 10 years ago or so, it seemed like a very nice and expensive guitar at the time, but I didn't know it's actual value since I was just starting playing back then and it was gifted to me, but I do remember every single screw was rusted and the pickups didn't work very well, so it must have gone through hell, they shouldn't be too expensive but imo if it looks in good condition get it, because that company no longer exists, so it would be a good addition to your collection.

Hondo's are a bit of an off brand. I personally wouldn't purchase one, but if I was I would not purchase it online, but would play it in person to make sure I liked it. Although when I was 16 my best friend had an old Hondo Copy of a Martin dread and it was actually pretty decent.
