best thing to do when you're not feeling like playing ur guitar is to do just the opposite of how u feel and pick it up =)

I find that if i'm "falling out" with my guitar, I learn something that I wouldn't usually attempt. Wether it be a theme tune to a tv show, or a random other style of music, just learn something out there. I suggest Power Rangers Theme Tune as once you are in the swing of it, you feel like an 80's metal god lol xD
