Okay, question.

Our band has a 3-song gig on saturday, and I play the drums.
I've gotten some kind of stretch in my forearm, and my motorics have faded. Alot.
I loose the beat with the right drumstick after like twenty seconds, since the forearm stretches itself together of some sort.

To the question:

How can I loosen up my wrist/"heal it" as much as possible in three days?

Well first off, what kinda gig is only 3 song? >.<
Anyways, I'm no doctor, but I can tell you the best way for something to heal is to let it rest for a few days. Even if that means not playing until the day of the gig. I assume your band has practiced the songs enough and know them well enough that you guys don't need any last minute jam sessions before the show?

Like PSPZorZ said, rest your arm.
And also, when you play try not to put so much tension in your arm.

I don't think it'll hurt the band to have a last minute jam, but I'll try to keep it at a minimum. And of course not pound like crazy with my right arm during the "gig".
I know, three songs is shit, but there are other artists performing as well. Hehe.

I'd pretty much say the same thing. Try resting up the arm apply some heat or get in a jacuzzi to mesage or something to try to relax it. Then when you drum just try to losen up your tension a bit.
