so the problem is that when i bend a string, my fingers go touch the upper strings, and once they touch em, they ring, and i cant seem to find a good way to bend without doing unwanted noises.

so yeah some tips would be apreciated

try vibrato?

mute with your right hand or place your index finger of your fretting hand on the next string up and bend with it.

Dont actually fret the note with your index, just mute it

What I do is , use the tip of my finger I'm using to bend to mute the strings I'm bending towards.

It's the best advice in the history. You're probably doing it right, but it just isn't going to work out until you're more comfortable doing it.
Happened to me, when I started. Happens to most people when they start anything.

I remember having the same problem when i started playing, i have no idea what i do different now from what i was doing then, i just know that it doesn't happen anymore.

Use a few fingers to help the bend, it'll make the end stronger. Also there shouldn't be any ringing even if you do touch another string on the bend, just hit the note your about to bend and let er ring.
