So I'm running my guitar through my Peavey XXX 212 Combo and using a Boss ME-50 pedal.

Cable 1: Input in amp, output in mono channel of pedal.
Cable 2: Input in pedal, output in guitar.

Been using that for almost a year now and never experienced any problems.
Recently, I've been getting no sound at all, so I tested both my cables and they both work perfectly.

I expect the problem to be the pedal, but I'm not 100% sure. Should I just go to my local music store and ask for help, or does anyone have experienced the same problem?
