first one ~ F/Eb
Second one ~ F/Dsus4 or maybe F/Dadd4 <--? im not really sure

i think this is might be right... What confuses me is the bass root note played for both of these

Isn't it the note D? So whatever he's playing is in the key of D if this is how the song starts right?

what could those chords be called?

First one:

You have a F, a A#, a D# and a G

Looks to me like it's a D#major with added 2nd. But that added 2nd is the root of the chord so you might want to call it D#/F

Second one:

You have a F, a G, a D and a F#

Looks like a G without a third with a major 7th and root F. So Gsus7M/F.

Well you can see there's F, F# and G in the chord which sounds dissonant as hell.

Keep in mind that those name aren't absolute. If you change your point of view they might have a complete different name.

From what I can see, the first chord uses the notes F, B, D and G
Second chord is like an Asus but has the extra note.

My word, this shizzle hurts my head xD

i think in these type of situations Eb Major suits better
F/Eb would be better suited too

people dont say "D# Major" they use "Eb Major" becuase D# is wayyyyyyy to messy

D#Major = D#-E#-F##-G#-A#-B#-C##

Eb Major = Eb-F-G-Ab-Bb-C-D-Eb
