Do you have many electronic devices near your amp or anywhere in the room you play? They might cause interferences.
Other than that, I have no idea.

How close do you sit to your amp when you play? I noticed that my amp buzzes if I play right next to it, so try sitting further away, or get a much longer cable and sit on the other side of the room.

If this fails, then hit it with a hammer.

Turn it away from you, check if its a bad cable, try it with another guitar to see if its a grounding issue.

I would bet money its a grounding issue, its a pretty common problem. Check your guitar cable, your guitars input jack, and maybe even the ground for the amp itself.
on another note do you have any flourescent lights or similiar style lights in your house. Those will emit interference with your guitar amp and add unwanted buzzing noises as well.

Also does the buzzing get louder or quiter if you place your hand on the strings or the bridge?
