i mean, ive tried to play today but it was just aweful, couldnt do what i can normally easily do, lazy fingers.. etc.

what do u do? keep on playing or just do something else, leave the guitar for one day? idk

if you find that afterwards you still don't feel enticed, you should stop. However, most of the time you want to keep on going.

yes i always wanna play, i mean, ALWAYS, but i just get frustrated and pissed off.. so i prefer not to play

Usually when I wake up in the morning I'm a little more weak, and I feel tired/hungry/etc, and can't play worth crap. Later in the day it gets better for me.

warm up your fingers, try learning new songs

lol i play bass and when i start messing around i can get playing for about an hour just messing around with scales and figuring out what i am good at.

btw been playing for about 2 years now and still learning new shit every day i love it

play a couple songs on guitar hero lol, that gets my fingers warmed up

makes me wanna play the actual guitar or bass more too

I don't have the patience for bad days. When they crop up, i'll attempt to do my usual but when it doesn't work, I put the guitar down and just wait till the next day. I get incredibly angry very easily, and when i'm feeling tone deaf or finger-lazy, i am tempted to throw the guitar so I avoid it till the next day.,
