i have gain, volume, bass, mid, treble and level/reverb, is it one of these?

drive is usually a type of distortion it boosts your volume for leads and gives it a bit of crunch. Yes it is the gain on the amp.

In this situation,
Drive is actually pre-gain, which distorts the signal coming into an amp
before it is amplified, with post-gain, or volume.
It would be "gain" on your amp.
