Post your opinion of the best earbuds for heavy music such as Whitechapel, Carcass, and Job for A Cowboy. I'm thinking about buying a pair of Skullcandy Asym's.
I'm looking for:
  • A comfortable fit
  • Won't fall out when running/working out
  • Killer bass
  • No feedback when moving such as the Skullcandy Full Metal Jacket has
  • Noise reduction
  • mid price range

Post up and thanks in advance! :D

40$. I have long hair.. So I can't wear headphones, just earbuds.

I'd spend a decent amount on a nice set of earbuds, but I'm not going for over-the-head shit.

You're better off getting the over the head ones.

Ear buds are crap in my opinion. I don't see how having long hair doesn't allow you to wear over the head ones. My hair is long and that's all I use.

It's IMPOSSIBLE to pull over the heads off and look cool.

Everyone who wears them look like faggots.

Well, it makes cup-shapes around your ears. I don't want that. I straighten my hair for a reason. I want it straight. And before you ask, I'm a dude, so what.

Maybe that's your experience but I've never had a problem with over the head earphones.

I find that earbuds never stay in the ear, they hurt after a while and with long hair they can get tangled which looks a lot worse than over the head earphones.

I'm a guy too and over the head earphones have never made "cup shapes" for me.

Bose ear buds are really nice,
honestly still nowhere near the sound of a good pair of headphones though,
the increased cone size allows for better mids, sharper treble, and thicker lows.
Plus, earbuds are bad for your hearing because of the focused movement on a smaller area.
