Strum the 2nd fret, hammer-on to the 3rd fret with another finger, and then pull the finger that was on the 3rd fret away (pull-off) while the finger that was on the 2nd fret is still there. Basically, strum 2nd fret, hammer-on to 3rd, pull-off to 2nd fret all with one strum.

h = hammer on
p = pull off

so, it'd be strum 2, hammer onto 3, pull off the finger from 3 and keep a finger on 2.

awesome ty guys. it doesnt sound very good right now, but ill just practice more. perhaps that my guitar is acoustic doesnt help..
