There is a video with herman li, im not a big fan of him, but it help me find my feet.

Its all about timing your hands together.

Look up Arpeggios.

yes i also was wondering this, and i found the answer to be, theres no youtube video that can really do the job, i gave up on tryin to find one and just started
picking out random bar chords and arpegios and started trying to synch up my picking with my fret hand. i still suck at it tho
