well iv been wanting to learn to play the guitar for a while now and i was wondering what the best beginner guitar would be and where to buy it thats not online

(electric guitar btw)

Any music shop near your place? I have a super cheap Yamaha twas like 200 for the guitar+amp package, does the job till you need something that fits your skills I guess.

go to like a music shop or radio shack/ the source or some shit and grab a package its like 150 bucks for small amp and elecric guitar.

yeah i got my first guitar online for 150 bucks amp + guitar and other goodies and when i got better i sold the lot to a friend for 1000 bucks and bought myself some better gear

Thats messed up. You ripped your buddy off big time.

On topic: Go to Guitar Center or Daddy's Junky Music...they have a good variety of guitars for you to try out. If you have no good guitar stores around you, read reviews online for good beginner guitars.
