I'm looking to buy a midi keyboard. I need one that's decently cheap, yet still effective. I can only shell out probably 2 or 3 hundred bucks. (Would it even be worth getting one this cheap?)

This will be for working with electronic music.

What are your objectives? You gonna perform live? You gonna produce for a studio? Or is it just for personal playing and recording?

Producing at home. Nothing professional or anything. Just more of a hobby.

Look into the brand Korg, they sell cheap/nice MIDI controllers and keyboards.
