Yea I took about 30 minutes to skim the entire book, and it really is nice. Personally, for me, it pretty much put words for what I was experiencing or doing -- and everything that he mentions is pretty much spot on, and if you haven't been formerly using some of these techniques, they can really, really help.

What I find odd is that schools don't teach you how to think, or how to learn a certain subject. Like for example, my statistics class is just reading formulas, and then memorizing where to apply them. I have to usually take my own time to derive the formulas and understand what they are before I can apply them (I'm just really slow like that lol) and once you have an understanding of why that formula is the way it is, you don't need to memorize anything... and I believe this is something he mentions, but not so explicitly.

well teachers are different, my math teachers typically explained why formulas work so I understood better >.<
