When I record screaming vocals, How much Reverb/compreession should I use?

How about singing?

and Whispering?

I wanna make it studio/quality
and Not noticeable, As you can tell from my (first) song on www.myspace.com/showmecold The editing is very noticeable at first, and played with a little more, and a little less noticable. The (one) singing part is noticeable as well

(I made this song just to show what I DO know about compression)

Please help, I want some better qualitied music.

unless you have studio studio recording space and recording equipment you will not get studio quality.

I use a Nady sp-5 Mic
But I also have a dl 320 OSP mic.

Generally I'd like to go For a Beneath The Sky sound.
That or Grace Gale.

Beneath the Sky's sounds really compressed, Maybe a 8:1.

but I'm still not too expiereicned with audio editing.

You will not acheive professional studio quality recording at home. Screaming vocals sound much better low-fi anyway, the low quality adds a texture to your vocals you can't achieve otherwise.

Id still like to know how much reverb/compression I should add to it to give it the better tone though.

Audicity has this G"verb" Option.

Is it any different from Reverb?

it still has roomsize/etc.

My Computer wont Run Deckadence, Fruityloops or Sony acid ;[
