Ya an organ usually consists of pipes, like a church organ. There are electric organs though, like lowreys. Organs usually have multiple tiers of keys.
Grand piano is a string instrument. Keys act the hammers, hammers hit the strings.
Keyboards can be a few different things. Can be a keyboard to a synth, stage piano, or a controller.

They all sound different.
Organs are able to hold the sound continuously because they are powered by gigantic belows beneath the pipes.
Pianos will die over time due to the hammers striking the strings. keyboard is a group of instruments.
A harpsichord, a piano, and an organ are all keyboards.
Organs tend to have multiple tiers of keys as well as foot pedals and plungers to change the type of sound it is playing
Pianos change sizes and types which also affect their sound. An upright (the "saloon" piano) will sound different than a grand piano (one located in a music hall)
