I'd like to find a free (or pirate-able) program that has an easy learning curve and can easily create Midi's (and/or .MOD's).

Suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Most are not very easy to learn, it takes a bit of time reading the readme and looking up tutorials if you dont have the manual
